The photos on the following web pages span about 30 years, with the majority being from the latter half of that period. The photos themselves are divided into groups, either by geographical location or by some other unifying theme. This type of segregation may seem arbitrary but I feel that as the majority of images focus on abstract or natural patterns these should supercede any geographical boundaries.

Over the past 7 years I have lived in the United Arab Emirates, the longest I have lived in any one place for quite some time. This has led me to focus on the desert environment more than any other subject matter. The dunescapes and sandscapes that can be seen on the attached webpages have been my main interest of late. Due to the nature of the medium, namely the sand, there is a constantly changing array of images which can be seen. I personally like to see them as photographs of natural art/sculpture, available only for a few moments before they move on and on, creating images which have probably endured for billions of years.
